1. Overview
These Terms govern access to the Cirquto platform.
By using Cirquto you agree to these Terms.
If you use Cirquto on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Cirquto provides a cloud software platform that enables organisations to manage operational workflows including:
- Clients
- Cases
- Tasks
- Documents
- Communications
- Automation
Cirquto includes AI assisted automation capabilities.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Each user must have their own account unless permitted under a subscription plan.
4. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Cirquto to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Send spam or abusive communications
- Upload malicious code
- Attempt unauthorised access to other workspaces
- Interfere with platform operation
Accounts may be suspended if these rules are violated.
5. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of all workspace data.
Customers grant Cirquto a limited licence to process data solely to operate the service.
6. Integrations
Cirquto may integrate with third party services such as email providers, messaging platforms and payment systems.
Cirquto is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third party services.
7. AI Features
Cirquto may provide AI generated suggestions, summaries or workflow automation.
These outputs are intended as assistance and may require user review.
Cirquto does not guarantee the accuracy of AI generated outputs.
8. Fees and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Fees are billed according to the selected plan.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
9. Termination
Customers may terminate their account at any time.
Cirquto may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
Customers may request export of their data prior to termination where feasible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cirquto is provided “as is”.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous twelve months.
11. Changes to the Service
We may modify the platform, features, or pricing from time to time.
Where changes materially affect customers we will provide reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
